Holding/Reservation Deposit (per tenancy) as per details on each individual property but no more than the cost of ONE WEEK'S rent.
This will reserve your property for 15 days while credit checks and references are undertaken. (This period of 15 days may be extended by either party, in writing). Please be aware: This deposit will be withheld if the tenant(s) withdraws from the tenancy, fails a Right-to-Rent check, gives false/misleading information, or fails to sign the tenancy agreement and/or Deed of Guarantee) within 15 calendar days.
The deposit that you need to pay for your chosen property will be limited to a figure that is no more than the equivalent of 5 weeks rent. This deposit as before, covers damages or defaults made by the tenant during the tenancy.

Late or Unpaid Rent:
Interest will be charged on rent that is paid late. This will be at no more than 3% above the current Bank of England Base Rate with the charges being levied (and backdated) after 15 days or more of the rent being unpaid.
